Website terms
The German text is the authoritative version of this page. This English text is a reference translation.
Last updated: 26.07.2026
These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of any engagement. Consulting work is governed by the separate written agreement signed for that engagement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement governs.
1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Christoph Mayer, trading as FrameShift Global Consulting, Heimbacher Gasse 17, App. 1, 74523 Schwäbisch Hall, Germany. ShowWorth is a product of that business.
These terms are addressed to businesses acting in the course of their trade. The site is not aimed at consumers. Where a consumer nonetheless uses it, mandatory consumer protection under German law applies and is not affected by anything on this page.
2. Use of the site
You may read this site, and share links to it. You may not scrape it at scale, republish its contents, present them as your own, or use them to train a model without written permission.
Do not attempt to interfere with the site or its infrastructure, circumvent the access controls on the worked example, or submit the contact form by automated means.
3. The worked example
Access to the full Kestrel IMX 2027 example is granted through a personal link that expires after fourteen days. It is provided so that you can evaluate the work. You may share it inside your own organisation. Please do not publish it, post the link, or pass it to a competitor.
The example is a demonstration. Kestrel Robotics, Northbeam Live, Fieldhouse Experiential, IMX 2027 and the venue are invented, and every name, quantity, rate and date in it is fictional. It exists to show the method end to end. Nothing in it is a quotation, an offer, or a price list, and no figure in it may be relied on for any real project.
4. The estimator on this site
The interactive estimator produces rough figures for orientation only. It applies simplified coefficients to four inputs and knows nothing about your venue, your rigging points, your local rates, your labour agreements or your safety factors.
It is not an engineering calculation and must not be used as one. Nobody should order power, book steel or price a job from it. Load, power and truss figures for a real build come from an engineer looking at a real drawing.
5. Content and availability
The content of this site is provided for information. It describes services and a method, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. We may change the site, its content and the services described at any time.
We take care that the information is accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or that the site is available without interruption.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, diagrams, films and the ShowWorth name and mark on this site belong to FrameShift Global Consulting unless stated otherwise. Nothing on this page grants a licence to use them.
The Kestrel and Northbeam names and marks appearing in the example are invented for the demonstration.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, for intent and gross negligence, and under the Product Liability Act.
In the case of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible in the first place and on whose observance you may reasonably rely, and then only for foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract.
Any further liability is excluded. This does not alter the burden of proof to your disadvantage.
8. Links
Where this site links to other sites, we have no influence over their content and take no responsibility for it. Responsibility lies with the provider of the linked site.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Where you are a merchant, a legal person under public law or a special fund under public law, the courts at our place of business have jurisdiction. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction are unaffected.
10. Severability
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
